We hope you find the booking process super simple, if in doubt, please read below for key steps in how to choose and make payment for the screening of your choice:
- Take a look at the main Events Page and review which date/ screening you wish to attend.
- Once you have decided, click on the relevant screening option and click ‘book ticket’, which will take you to a new page, detailing more information about the screening.
- If you are booking more than one vehicle per screening, a top tip is to simply click once on relevant movie choice. If you are then ready to make payment, click ‘view basket’ or alternatively click on the basket icon, which will take you to the next page.
- If you are wanting to purchase more than one movie experience, click ‘go back’ to return to the main screen and continue as per step 2.
- When you are ready to proceed to payment, click VIEW BASKET or the basket icon. You will then see a drop-down menu for ticket quantities, here you can confirm the accurate number of vehicle entries you require.
- You will be asked to answer a few questions before proceeding to payment. If the question does not apply to you, simply write N/A. You will not be able to proceed without typing something in this field. This is also the section where you can let us know if you are planning to meet up with friends so that we can do our best to allocate you alongside one another.
- DOUBLE CHECK that you have purchased the correct movie screening and quantity of tickets before proceeding to input your card payment details. Please also ensure you have not incorrectly entered your email address (as you will then not receive your digital e-ticket).
- Once completed, please check your INBOX immediately (including spam folders) for the order confirmation.

- The Drive-In Cinema event will be taking place in field that is not a purpose-built facility, located next door to The Duke of Cambridge pub. Please note the management take no responsibility for any damage caused to vehicles/ persons whilst on-site. Please take exceptional care when parking into and reversing out of your designated car space. Please take exceptional care should you vacate your vehicle when walking around the field.
- The Duke of Cambridge drive-in tickets are only available to purchase in advance and online via The Duke of Cambridge, Tilford website. All tickets are based upon dated/ timed performances. In buying tickets through the website and once a valid payment is processed, the customer accepts and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
- The customer’s Booking Confirmation Email and Digital Ticket Email is the official entry ticket, which must be shown upon arrival (printed or via mobile phone) to The Duke of Cambridge Drive-In Cinema. Please check your email for your e-ticket/ confirmation, including any spam folders. This will be automatically sent out upon confirming your booking. Should you not receive the email within 1 hour, please email us at events@redmistleisure.co.uk.
- One ticket gains entry to one vehicle. Please note, sadly no vans are allowed.
- Once purchased, the cinema e-tickets are refundable up to no later than 10 days prior to the event show date. Should a full or partial refund be required, customers must email us at events@redmistleisure.co.uk no later than 10 days prior to the day of the event. Requests to amend or refund bookings within 10 days of the event will be entirely at the discretion of Red Mist Leisure.
- Specific car parking locations during The Duke of Cambridge Drive-In Cinema cannot be reserved and are allocated subject to vehicle size and arrival time. Should you wish to be parked next to another vehicle, please ensure to arrive in formation, together and let the Event Staff know upon arrival how many cars you wish to be located near to. Please note, whilst we will do our very best to accommodate your requests, these cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
- The Staff on duty, at any given time during The Duke of Cambridge Drive-In Cinema operating hours, reserve the right to refuse admission to any member of the public if that person(s) are disturbing other customers. They can be asked to leave the premises without the recall to a refund.
- Doors will open one hour prior to the movie start time. Customers are required to arrive at the cinema location in advance and to be parked up at least 15 minutes before the movie start time. You will be provided with a blue-tooth audio speaker, which will be setup and ready to use. Please follow the instructions given to you by our Event staff.
- All customers must always follow the instructions of stewards and staff to ensure their own safety, and the safety of others attending.
- Whilst social distancing could still be required following the Covid-19 pandemic, we ask that customers adhere to the latest government guidelines to protect themselves and those around them, including Red Mist Leisure employees.
- Hot food and drinks can be purchased on the day. This Drive-In Cinema experience is a regulated event, held at a licensed venue and therefore under no circumstances can alcohol be consumed that has not been purchased from our registered suppliers.
- If extreme adverse weather is forecast for the whole day of a planned event day, it may be cancelled at short notice and customers will be refunded in full, unless the cancellation happens on the day of the event and the event has already commenced.
- Red Mist Leisure, on behalf of The Duke of Cambridge, Tilford, reserve the right to amend any films, offers and prices at any time.
We appreciate the need for flexibility and therefore, in order to give us the opportunity to re-sell your ticket, we do ask for any refund requests to be made at least 10 days prior to the event date. If you need to cancel or amend your ticket allocation, please send an email to us at events@redmistleisure.co.uk, providing the following information.
- Customer name
- Order reference number
- Whether you require a refund/ amendment
Please note, should you wish to change days/ showings, you will need to request a refund and then re-book onto the preferred showing.
The drive-in cinema will be taking place in the field next door to our pub. Please note, this is a temporary location that is not purpose-built. The management takes no responsibility for any damage made to vehicles or persons, so please take exceptional care when arriving/ departing/ moving around the site.
Upon arrival to The Duke of Cambridge, Tilford Road, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 2DD, please follow directions/cinema traffic to the field entrance point. The event staff will check your tickets and direct your vehicle into the next available car space, please follow the instructions of the attendant to ensure you are parked safely.
Please note, spaces cannot be reserved, so if you wish to be parked up next to friends, please do arrive together.
Your ticket provides entry for one vehicle (no vans please), so you are welcome to bring whomever on the day, so long as they have a seat in the vehicle.
Included in the ticket is entry to the screening and a blue-tooth digital speaker, which will be placed on the dashboard of your vehicle. This will be set up and connected by a member of our Events Team so that you can then listen to the movie from within your vehicle.
Please note, you do not need to plug this in. It does not need to be powered by your vehicle engine. Your vehicle will be switched off once you are parked up.
You should receive your digital event ticket and email confirmation immediately upon booking and making payment.
If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your junk and spam folders. If you still cannot see an email confirmation, it could be that your order did not process successfully, payment was declined or you made an error with your email address. Please get in touch with us at events@redmistleisure.co.uk and we will happily check your booking and advise accordingly.
Please note, without your digital ticket, you may not be able to access the event.
The doors will open one hour prior to the movie start time. If you could please arrive as early as possible, this will allow us time to direct you into a car parking space and will give you time to get settled and order any food/ drink prior to the movie starting.
This is no problem, our team will be ready to direct you into the nearest available car space if you arrive late. If you need to leave early, simply alert the staff, by flashing your hazard lights. A member of staff will then direct you safely out of the field.
When departing, please ensure the digital blue-tooth speaker is returned.
Just yourselves, however, to ensure you are super cosy, you may wish to:
- Bring blankets/pillows to snuggle up in
- Wear layers in case you get too hot/ cold
- Flask of hot drink to keep you warm (hot drinks will be available to purchase)
- Card payment should you wish to purchase food/ drink on the day
Absolutely, a selection of hot food and snacks, hot and cold drinks will be available.
As this is a licensed event, we do ask that you refrain from bringing your own alcohol to consume.
Absolutely, pop-up luxury event toilets (ladies, gents, and accessible with baby change facilities) will be situated around the perimeter of the field where the event is taking place. They will be cleaned regularly.
Of course, as you will remain inside your vehicle throughout the movie screening, this is no problem. Should you need to vacate your vehicle for your pup to stretch its legs for a toilet break, please do ensure to carry poop bags with you and dispose of safely.
Our Red Mist gift vouchers and Red Mist Reward vouchers are valid only within our pubs, which include takeaways, accommodation, and food & drink consumed within the pub itself. At this time, we are unable to extend these to one-off external events taking place within our grounds.

With this is looking unlikely as we come out of the lockdown process, should the government put the country back into a national lockdown or Surrey is put into a tier that demands people must not leave their homes, your tickets will be fully refunded and payment will be returned to the card in which you made payment.
